‘Open Public Finance’ is a modern state institution established by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Order, No. 18 from January 30, 2017) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of IT projects in the area of public finance data.

Today, these projects include:

• Three open data portals on the E-data online platform;
• Multi-level verification systems;
• Full-cycle development of DWH (data warehouse);
• Infrastructure and user support.

‘Open Public Finance’ implements the concept of the integrated information and analytical system ‘Transparent Budget’. SI OPF supports and administers the projects in the area of open public finance data with the use of software to manage public financial systems.
