About company
‘Open Public Finance’ is a modern state institution established by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Order, No. 18 from January 30, 2017) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of IT projects in the area of public finance data.
Today, these projects include:
- Three open data portals on the E-data online platform;
- Multi-level verification systems;
- Full-cycle development of DWH (data warehouse);
- Infrastructure and user support.
Open Public Finance implements Transparent Budget — an information and analytical system concept. Additionally, it supports and manages the projects related to open data which also involve implementing software to manage public financial systems.
Our projects
The web portal which monitors how public funds are used spending is an official information resource with open data on the use of budget funds and the largest database of public finances in Ukraine.
Citizens’ Budget is an official state portal with open data on public finances (the state and local budgets) and the largest knowledge base regarding budget information.
IFIs projects is a web portal which contains comprehensive information in the format of open data on Ukraine’s social and economic development projects being implemented using the funds from international financial institutions (IFIs).
